Our Culinary Journey
PDX Munch Time was born in 2019, proudly rooted in the Pacific Northwest yet infused with the bold, vibrant flavors of Cajun and Creole cuisine. Founded by Chef Ceejay, a passionate culinary creator, our venture emerged from a desire to bring people together around food that feels both familiar and daring.
We’re a locally-owned, Black-small business operating across the Portland metro area, offering not just catering, but private chef experiences and cooking lessons too. At PDX Munch Time, we believe every gathering—big or small—is an opportunity to craft lasting memories. Whether it’s a backyard cook-out, a business luncheon, or an in-home dining experience, we put heart, spice, and care into every dish: Cajun/Creole classics with a West Coast twist.
