Our Beginning

Pdx Munch Time an LLC, opened officially in 2019 is a Locally owned & operated  black small business, operating in the Portland metro area to provide the highest quality food possible to its guests. Providing multiple services to the public, from catering small and large events, preparing meals in the comfort of your home & cooking lessons both in person and virtually.

Here at Pdx Munch Time, Chef Ceejay & his close knit crew work  with a sense of gratitude, honor, urgency & dedication. We work with each customer every step of the way to ensure maximum enjoyment in every bite.     Chef Ceejay's 3 Course Dinner Experience

    Chef Ceejay executed the most amazing and beautiful 3 course dinner. 1st Course Fresh Clam Chowder, 2nd Course Rosemary Garlic Lamb Chops, roasted Brussels & Creamy Sweet Potato Polenta, and lastly, our 3rd Course Deep Fried Ice Cream w/ Cinnamon Sugar and a caramel sauce. Thanks to the amazing couple for having us and allowing us to make their celebration an evening to remember.
